This is a great show from the BBC it's a little bit overly 'shocking' but it's good. If you like Jaime Oliver it's full of niceness.

They show you what the insides of a 25 stone man looks like. The man had donated his body to science after death. He weighed 350 lbs.

At my heaviest, I weighed 233 lbs, and that makes 16.64 stone.
Now I weigh exactly 13 stone, 182 lbs.

I really liked this, and I just saw Von Hagen's Body Worlds exhibit a week ago so it was very à propos :) Thanks for posting!

I've gone from 215lbs to 188lbs since July, and I definitely hope to keep going. Congrats on your fantastic loss!
